# Returns & Refund Policy

### Our policy

All purchases are final: mystery box purchases and revealed items are not refundable. The one exception: if an item isn't authentic, we credit its value to your wallet and refund any shipping fee you paid for it. See our Authenticity Guarantee.

### Shipping issues

If your shipped item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us at <support@baobun.fun> with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.
