# Authenticity Guarantee

## Every item is real

Every product on Baobun is genuine. If an item isn't authentic, we'll refund its market value at the time of reveal and any shipping fees you paid for it.

## What this means for you

When you open a box, you're buying a real product. You own it, and you can have it shipped to your home.

## If something looks wrong

Email <support@baobun.fun> within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We review every claim. If the item isn't genuine, we credit your wallet with what the item was worth at reveal and refund your shipping. Wallet credit can be withdrawn to your bank.
