# Wallet & Payments

## Your Baobun wallet

Your wallet balance is shown in the top navigation bar. It combines your credit from sales and promotions.

## Using your balance

Your wallet balance is automatically applied when you open a box. If your balance doesn't cover the full amount, you'll be prompted to pay the difference with a card.

## Promo credits

Promo credits (from sign-up bonuses, referrals, or special promotions) work just like regular credits for purchases. The one difference: promo credits cannot be withdrawn as cash. They can only be used to open boxes.

## Withdrawing funds

You can withdraw your non-promo wallet balance at any time. Withdrawals are processed through Stripe and usually arrive within 2 business days. Some banks take a little longer.

To withdraw, you'll need to:

1. Verify your phone number
2. Set up your payout account (powered by Stripe Connect)
3. Request a withdrawal from your [wallet](https://baobun.fun/account/wallet) page
